The document was quite complex because the novel is bilingual, includes side by side content in two languages, including Marshallese language which has very unique diacritics and characters, so I considered the task to be very challenging. Richard did everything I needed and more, giving me many suggestions along the way and producing an absolutely fantastic result that far exceeded my expectations. It's hard to imagine that someone can take raw text in Word and turn it into such a beautiful book. Thank you."
